Birthstones have been around since ancient times and these were traditionally linked to the Zodiac. However, modern birthstones are linked to calender months and each month has its own recognised birthstone. Many people love to wear their birthstone and giving someone an item of jewellery incorporating their birthstone is a touching and wonderful gift, likely to be treasured forever because it has real meaning and significance. We have also made suggestions for you to be able to use the variety of colours within our collections which will compliment and mirror the birthstones of each month.

Gemstone Properties
