Returns

Important: If you need to return an item for any reason, please email us first at returns@thejewellerytailors.co.uk. Please do not send your items back without contacting us first as this may delay any refund or exchange.

If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen for any reason you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt (this will be deemed to be the next working day after item has been despatched). Once you have contacted us to arrange a return we would ask that you send the item back in its original packaging and unworn for a full refund, or to exchange for any other item. It is recommended that for your own protection you should return items using the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service, so that you have proof of delivery, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will not refund any returns that arrive to us damaged.

Under no circumstances are we able to accept the return of earrings, unless faulty, in compliance with the current Health and Hygiene Regulations.

Please check your order on arrival, and if you find that an item is faulty in any way you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.

If your purchase has been broken or damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange an exchange free of charge. Please note that The Jewellery Tailors will not be responsible for any damages or breakages other than through the fault of our packaging.

All of our glass items are packaged and protected to make sure that they arrive in perfect condition, however it is your responsibility to carefully inspect your purchase for any possible weakness within the glass or the glass loop and we ask that you contact us within 3 days of receipt if you want to arrange an exchange. The Jewellery Tailors will not accept liability for broken glass products other than through the fault of our packaging. If you care for your glass item as per our jewellery care section you should get lifelong enjoyment from your piece.

For all returns, except when the item is faulty or damaged, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item to us.

Any returns should be sent to - The Jewellery Tailors, PO Box 107, Heywood, OL10 4WS
