Returns Policy

 

The Jewellery Tailors are devoted to providing you with beautiful, unusual jewellery and the very best customer service, with a no quibble returns policy. 


If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen for any reason you may return them to us within 28 days, unused and in the original packaging, for a refund or exchange. 

 

Unfortunately we cannot refund the delivery cost. 

 

We process all refunds within 48 hours of receiving the item back. Please allow 3-5 working days for your bank to make the funds available. 

 

Before returning an order to us please email us at rachel@thejewellerytailors.co.uk including your order number, address, telephone number, reason for return and how you wish to proceed for our prompt reply detailing our returns address.  

 

We recommend that you obtain a free receipt of postage from the post office as proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.  Alternatively, you may choose to protect yourself by returning items using the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service for proof of delivery. 

 

In compliance with the current health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept the return of earrings. 


If your purchase has been broken or damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange an exchange free of charge. Please note that The Jewellery Tailors will not be responsible for any damages or breakages other than through the fault of our packaging. 

For all returns, except when the item is faulty or damaged, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item to us.
